1. When will my order arrive?

3. Are returns or exchanges allowed?

4. Who covers the return shipping fee?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, Knelli will cover the return shipping.

6. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 days and sent back to the original payment method.
